If one of our puppies has won your heart and you want to place a deposit down, please read information below on deposits. Also, please mail us with any questions you may have and kindly tell us a little about you. Naturally, we're protective of our puppies and make sure they're going to a great pet home and/or that the puppy and owner are a great match, so please don't be offended if we ask you a lot of questions or not reply to emails/text that ask only the price and not give us any idea of who is inquiring. We assume these kind of emails/texts are from puppy mills as price tends to be the first question asked and the only important thing to them and we fiercely guard our pups and dogs from getting into the wrong hands or from those who cannot afford to provide all the needs a puppy/dog require to have a healthy long life.  Please keep in mind, there are many dogs in shelters who need a loving and responsible home and someone willing to open their hearts and arms to them.

Our puppies come with a 12 month guarantee from life threatening genetic defects and AKC Limited Registration (unless otherwise stated) which means for "pet only"/no breeding rights. Some of our pups/dogs will not come with papers (for example, an adult we're rehoming) but regardless, all of our parents are AKC Registered. Papers will be provided once a spay/neuter certificate has been issued by a veterinarian. We also ask that we be listed as an emergency contact once a microchip is acquired from your vet.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We reserve the right to get first choice of any litter. We do not take deposits to hold a pup until the puppy is born and everyone on the list (first come/first serve basis) has been contacted. At that time, they will choose their puppy or not. In some cases, we have to wait a week or so to determine color but pups must be chosen once deposit is received and no later than 5 weeks old and puppies on hold must be paid in full by 9 weeks of age/before pick up or at pick up which is no later than 10 weeks of age unless other arrangements have been made. Keep in mind, others will be placing deposits and will be ready to choose the pup available. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to come to its new home. Our pups must be at least 8 weeks old to leave; however, I will not let him/her go until I feel the puppy is ready.  We will also continue their vaccinations and deworming while they are with us. If you have not made arrangements to pick up your puppy, we will assume that this puppy will be available for others.

To hold a pup of your choosing, we require a $200  non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice.  This deposit is your guarantee that I will not place the puppy of your choice with someone else and an agreement that you will sign a contract for and be committing to adopt the puppy you chose.  Deposit is only refundable if a puppy is not available for you or something happens to the puppy while in our care. We take PayPal or cash. To place a deposit on PayPal, please make it to and there is a 4% fee you need to add for its use. The remaining balance is due in cash at pick up of your puppy (which is around 8-9 weeks or when they're ready).

We offer a one year health guarantee against "life threatening" genetic defects which is to be determined by two veterinarians (yours and ours).  This does not cover communicable diseases in which the puppy caught in the new owner's care or unforeseen health issues that are non life threatening. Veterinary care is part of the responsibility and privilege of dog ownership from the time adoption of a pup or adult dog goes home. The buyer has three days (excluding weekend days the vet is not open) in which to have their pup examined to see if there are any concerns. We highly recommend Pet Insurance before you bring your puppy home (there are some Pet Insurance companies that offer a free trial which is good to sign up before bringing your pup/dog home) and not exposing a puppy to dog parks, unclean yards, vet clinics, pet supply stores/public places until all vaccinations have been complete ( 18 weeks and beyond). It's vital to ask your veterinarian's office if any patients with highly contagious illnesses were in the clinic that day and make arrangement around that (they will be willing to come out to your car if you ask). Always closely monitor your pup/dog after a vaccination shot and have Benedryl on hand in case of a local reaction. We give the 5 way puppy vaccine and not the Lepto shot at least until 12 weeks of age (due to dachshunds commonly reacting to this shot) unless the area in which you reside, is having an increased amount of incidents of Lepto. In that case, we recommend a Lepto shot at 12 weeks and beyond. PLEASE ask your vet about the Lepto shot for 12 weeks and beyond. We provide and require a contract signing, vaccinations/deworming records or any vet records before our pups leave our care. We do not knowingly sell our pups to pet stores or what we call an industry/ puppy mill.

We highly recommend your homework be done before bringing your puppy home. Know what to expect, read and watch You Tube dog training videos such as Caesar Milan-Dog Whisperer -a great one for subjects dealing with: house training/pee pad training, yard training, biting and eating things they shouldn't eat, barking/separation anxiety, etc.  Lots of love, patience, time and consistency is essential for the first year of their life. They each have their own unique personality and have been given a great start here in their first 8 weeks of their life.  If  for some reason you can no longer keep your pup you adopted from us, they're welcome back with us and/or we can help you place him or her in a responsible forever new home.

We do not ship our puppies. On occasion and if we're able to, we can drive to meet for pup pick up but no further than 60 miles away (unless discussed and agreed on another arrangement) and for a fee of $75. You may choose to fly here, pick your pup up and have it fly on board with you. You will need a health certificate in order to fly which is $65 and a crate will need to be pre ordered and shipped to my home so that I may begin training your pup in the crate it will go home in. Thank you!

Our puppies go home at 9 weeks of age if they're ready to go. Any pups requested to stay beyond 10 weeks of age is
$15 per day for boarding, but your pup must be picked up no later than 12 weeks of age. A date will be set for pup pick up once your puppy is chosen. Thank you!

Our puppies are priced depending on the color, coat, gender and pedigree you are interested in. All of our dogs and puppies are AKC registered. We also have some nice adults offered for homes on an occasion. We would need to discuss this with you in depth. They would be spayed/neutered and teeth cleaned before leaving our care and the rehoming fee is around $350 and up depending on age and  for the vet care cost incurred preparing him or her for his new home.

WE reserve the right to refuse to place an animal with anyone without explanation.  ALL placements are solely at our discretion.
*Deposits are non-refundable unless the pup/dog is withdrawn from sale. However, in certain circumstances a deposit maybe applied toward a different puppy with our agreement.
Balance payments must clear in full three business days before pickup or shipping a pup.

For your protection, we will provide you with a contract that must be completed before leaving with your pup or shipping.

Limited of Full AKC or DNA check may be available. Please inquire before making a deposit.

The anticipated day will be coming to pick up your pup. Yay! Thankfully, you have a few weeks to plan (in most cases), schedule a time to come and prepare for bringing your new addition home.  We thank you for reading everything (we tried to cover it all) on our website before coming.  We'll communicate with you and will need a definite date set and time to come pick up your pup. We understand unavoidable things happen and come up (life situations, traffic jams, etc.), we just ask you text, email or call (leave message if no answer) ahead of time to let us know.  I'm flexible most weekdays before 5:00 PM and our schedule for weekends are Saturday before 12:00 PM (we protect this time for our family and for pup/dog training/maintaining)  firm and some Sunday afternoons. Again, these can be flexible most of the time and I will let you know if I can change it to the time you can come or not.  Thank you for your consideration and courtesy in this. We look forward with you, to making this day a happy event, calm and easy going for all (especially your new puppy who needs that)! :)
